The equipment has met all international performance standards and is now officially commissioned.
Designed for heavy steel structures, engineering machinery, and special equipment industries, this high-power gantry model features a 12,000×3,000 mm working area and a 20,000W laser source. Its heavy-duty ground rail construction, integrally annealed thickened welded bed, and high-precision bilateral rack-and-pinion servo drive system ensure outstanding stability, fatigue resistance, and long-term accuracy without deformation – fully meeting South Korea’s demanding heavy industry standards.
Powered by Leyoung’s proprietary high-power process database, the machine delivers smooth, slag-free cuts on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and high-strength structural steel with minimal heat-affected zones. It eliminates secondary polishing, reduces material waste, and boosts overall production efficiency by over 60% compared to conventional equipment. The intelligent CNC system supports one-click drawing import and automatic nesting, while the built-in anti-collision and zoned dust extraction systems comply with Korean safety and environmental regulations.
