Malaysian customers visited Wuxi LEYOUNG Laser Technology Co., Ltd. to inspect our 9-axis cantilever intelligent welding workstation on site.

This 9-axis robotic welding station is specially developed for automatic fillet welding of various steel structures. With 9-axis linkage cantilever and ground rail design, it owns ultra-wide working range and high flexibility.

It is widely applied to fillet welding of steel roof beams, H-beam columns, diaphragms, crane girders, brackets and heavy machinery bases. The 9-axis flexible movement realizes all-position welding without frequent workpiece repositioning. Equipped with intelligent seam tracking and 3D vision system, it supports CAD model import and scanning reverse modeling, no complicated manual teaching required.

The workstation delivers uniform, stable welding quality and greatly improves production efficiency, perfectly matching the steel structure manufacturing demands of Malaysia’s infrastructure and heavy machinery industry.
