The frame, consisting of an oil tank, support, workbench, wall panels, and slider, undergoes stress relief for stability. Precision machining on a floor-standing boring and milling machine ensures tolerance alignment of all critical mounting surfaces.
Equipped with Bosch Rexroth proportional valves and DELEM CNC systems, the machine ensures high reliability and precision. Grating rulers detect slider positions (Y1, Y2) to control parallelism, even under partial load.
The operator interface supports Chinese and English, enabling force, position, and speed adjustments through automatic calculations.
High-precision guide and measurement systems, along with hydraulic balancing, support full or partial load operations.
A quick-clamp deflection compensation mechanism ensures accuracy during operation.
Nickel-phosphorus plating on cylinder piston rods enhances lubrication and durability.
Proportional pressure valves are imported from Germany.
Optimized configuration according to customer requirements to ensure the best working condition of the machine tool.
The hydraulic system has stable performance and low heat generation during operation.
Modular design, customers can choose according to their needs, and can easily realize functions such as deflection compensation and hydraulic clamps.
The hydraulic system is specially developed by Bosch Rexroth for CNC bending machines.

The integrated DA-53T CNC system supports both torsion bar and electro-hydraulic synchronized bending machines. Its 4-axis control panel design allows for direct installation on the cabinet or in a suspended console.
With a user-friendly interface and TFT true-color LCD, the DA-53T offers all essential bending machine control functions. Its unique "shortcut key" system enables fast and simple programming.
Standard features include Y-axis angle programming, table deflection compensation, and pressure control. Equipped with a USB interface, it ensures quick and easy backup of products and molds, delivering a stable and reliable solution with cutting-edge technology.
